We’re on a Pro plan and use one of our user accounts to log in to a handful of workshop floor devices. I appear to have hit a limit on the number of devices that can sign in using the same user account. Is there a maximum? What is it?
Can you explain the limit or error that you are getting? I’ve done this before and not had an issue. I can’t remember exactly how many instances I’ve had open at once, but it was probably about 5, maybe a little more. I’ve looked through some of the Airtable info and can’t find anything specifying this though.
Thanks Chris - the error is something generic like ‘Password incorrect’ however it’s definitely correct, we’ve tested it thoroughly. I thought Airtable might have some documentation about the limitations but like you I haven’t found anything.
