Auto Add From One Table To Another

I have an inventory Base of different products (Rum, Whiskey, Tequila, Wine, etc). I want to create a table that will auto populate in-stock items when an ‘in stock/on shelf’ checkbox is clicked in the respectful table. Then remove from the table when that checkbox is removed. I don’t need all the information to transfer over, more just the name of the item. The purpose is to just get a quick glance of inventory in one sheet rather than go in to each table.
