Automation - New event in Google Calendar updating a record in airtable with email

Dear community,

I am trying to link google calendar with my table so that when a prospect who is already in my table takes an appointment with me, the time and date of the appointment appears in a column.
The way I thought I’d do that was creating an automation like this :slight_smile:

trigger = new event in google calendar
1st action = find the record where the email address matches with the event attendees
2nd action = update the record found in the 1st action with starting date and time

but I can’t select the condition of 1st action as the dynamic variable “attendee”

any tips to succeed in my project?

Welcome to the community, @Pierre_Genin! :smiley: What you’re describing might work, but it all depends on the data coming from Google Calendar and how you’re configuring your automation actions. Would you be able to share screenshots showing the configuration of each action?
