Hi! So, I’m using Airtable to organize volunteers and delegate tasks based on their interests. I have a multiple select column called “Interests”, with options such as education, research, communications, and design. I want to organize my data in such a way that I can see everyone interested in education, everyone interested in research, and so on.
However, some volunteers marked multiple interests. When I try to group the table by Interests, it creates unique sections for those who marked multiple interests. I’d like to have four discrete sections that include the volunteer in each section they marked. I’ve seen in other forums that I should create a join table, but I have no idea what that is and I need someone to break it down for me. Thanks so much!!
