Can i move certain fields of data in my 1st table automatically be moved to another table if i trigger a single select option or is there anything similar? write a rule or function?

This can definitely be done by using a tool like Zapier or Integromat to automatically populate this into another table.

You would create an automation to trigger based on a set of criteria, and then send that record to your new table
