Hi. We have no issues until now. I sent an invite to a collaborator , part of our organisation. She accepted the invite and it said she did not have access. it asked her to verify her account with a similar but not correct email address. We tried inviting by the proper email, and by link several times, but it still wont allow her access. its seems to be a bug. Any advice?

Does this mean you entered a wrong email the first time?
What is the email address you are using? Is it a work email ? Maybe the invite link is protected with @Domain
