Change a comma to an addition

Hello,
Is there a formula to modify the comma by an addition?
I would like to have the total automatically.

Change your Calculation field to be a Rollup with a SUM(values) aggregation. Whatever field {Quantite par produit} is looking up, use the same for the Rollup.
