Checkbox to auto populate on another tab

I am trying to find a formula to help me with managing active advertising campaigns. I would like to be able to use the checkbox from “Spot Detail” tab, and when checked it adds the Spot Name to a new tab which is titled “Current Spots Playing”. I’d also like when the box is unchecked that it removes from the same tab…Is this possible? Driving myself nuts trying to get a formula across multiple tabs on the database.

You should use a View for that: a Table por ALL the Spots, and a View for, let’s say, Active Spots.
