I am trying to convert from a string that has several dates to date format, but would like to have those dates in a single cell, is that possible?
No, that won’t be possible in any database software. A Date field will always only be able to hold only a single date value. Multiple dates together would have to be held in an array, and Airtable has very few allowances for arrays.
