I have created personal views for users since multiple users are working on the data. They are editing/adding the data in their sheet only and the same is being reflected in the mother sheet which is a consolidated file of all the users data points.
Now, we are facing the issue that there are some data points which are being shown in the Mother Sheer but are not reflecting in the user’s personal views. How is it possible? Can this happen if a user deletes the data in his personal view and the same is not being reflected in the mother sheet? What am I missing here
Thanking you in anticipation for the help and support.
Welcome to the community, @Yashowardhan_Kothari! Could you please describe what you mean when you refer to the “mother sheet”? Are you speaking of a different view in the same table where your users’ personal views live, or a completely different table that you’re connecting to via links or something else? What exactly are the “data points” that are differing between this “mother sheet” and a user’s personal view? Are you referring to the contents of specific fields?
Do any of the personal views have filters setup? If so, they will not see any data that is filtered out. Data in the summary bar will also only reflect the records being shown, not any records filtered out.
If this answers your question, please mark this post as the solution. Otherwise, could you please give a bit more details and a screen capture?
