Database layout. Different files, same datapoints

Trying to build a master list of a bunch of sales data. Each supplier sends us an updated list weekly and has their own order and nomenclature they use for their data, but they are all providing the same basic information.

I want to take that basic information and consolidate it into a master sheet. How do I go about connecting these tables? Is there a way I can get this master sheet to automatically update itself whenever I enter new information from a supplier?
