Date picker visual bug

There is a bug that prevents the date picker from disappearing when focus is lost.

Browser: Firefox Developer Edition 58.0b14 (64-bit), WIndows 10 (64-bit)

Please note that this bug doesn’t occur in the latest Google Chrome 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Double click on time field to make the dropdown list appear.
2. Without selecting any specific time click outside the dropdown container.

i) Expected behavior: The dropdown list of times should disappear, when focus is lost.
ii) Actual behavior: The dropdown list is stuck in the view. Only page refresh helps to remove it. (See screenshot.)
