I am currently using a free trial to try and work out if airtable can do what my business needs. We are an educational service provider, and we want a platform that can streamline our on-boarding process for our customers.
We currently need data from schools on their pupils (currently captured in an excel spreadsheet), and a number of forms that need completing/signing. We want to get all of these in one place, so schools can easily complete their tasks, track their progress and get email reminders.
my questions are:
- Can airtable send automated reminders to people if they are approaching the due date for a task?
- Can I share the spreadsheet (made in grid view) for schools to complete? without them creating an account, or would I have to add them as contributors?
any other tips for what we’re trying to achieve?
