Documenting customer interviews notes

Hi, maybe some of you already faced this kind of need and can provide some helpful insights :slight_smile:

Our team is looking to document feedback we’re collecting in meetings and interviews with clients. We currently have a base that has a Features table (that surprisingly includes all our features, their status, collaborators etc.) and a Customers table (that’s just a list of customers, their launch date, and a link to features they’re requesting).

We’re looking to add feedback from customers, that would relate or link to both existing table (to see all feedback on a specific feature, and all feedback from a specific customer), and preferably would include both a calendar of past and future meeting with customers. I would really like to separate each comment so we can see all feedback on specific feature and customers.
