Employee Time Allocation

I just started using Airtable as a project management tool. I have multiple employees with multiple projects occuring at the same time.

The next step is to build something that can take these estimates for our projects and drive out a capacity forecast. We need some assistance with rolling up the hours estimated between the start and end dates for our projects, allocating those hours to our employees, and then visualizing how much capacity they have vs how many hours they have been assigned to.

Does anyone know how to create this field to an existing Project/Task/Team table?
