Extracting the data

Hello Everyone!
I have such a problem with the Pro plan. A day before yesterday without any notifications the airtable just stopped loading. Yesterday I understood that I have exceeded 20GB. But still I cannot do anything with the table, neither remove nor even upload a web page to exctract the excisting data. Support says:" if you are over limits you will not be blocked out of using the base. It appears like you are experiencing long load times due to being over limits, however, it should eventually load and you will be able to delete any unneeded tables then ". But the page is simply not loading for almost two days. Will be very grateful if someone helps to resolve this
