Form reception failure

Hi I’ve experienced trouble receiving forms from others. It’s happened twice - someone submits a form and receives the post-submission message, but then the record doesn’t show up in the base. Nor do I receive an email notification. It doesn’t happen all the time though. Most of the time it’s working alright.

I was wondering what went wrong? I’m based in China and I use VPN, but those submitting the forms probably don’t. Don’t know if that’s relevant or not.

Are you embedding the form on your own website? If so, I bet that your web hosting company is blocking the transmission of your form data in some way.

If you’re not embedding the form on your own website, then I would email support@airtable.com about this issue. Your forms should always be submitting properly, especially if the person receives a post-submission message.
