HELP! Too many records in one base, need to upgrade

Hello,

HELP!!! We can’t use zapier on our base in airtable because they say we have too many records. I have contacted you several times with no answer, we need to be able to have more records on certain of our bases. Please answer!!!

Are you unable to upgrade your bases yourself?

We can’t upgrade ourselves as it is to upgrade towards the “enterprise” plan.
The only thing we can do is to contact the sales team, but we have not been able to reach them…
