Help with airtable and enterprise

I have a company of about 20 people and we are researching Airtable as a database solution for us. We want to talk to someone on their sales team to better understand certain features. We also have question and want to find out more about Enterprise. I have emailed a request for contact twice in the past week and a half and no responses at all, not even an auto response to say my message was received. How do I reach customer service or sales?
