How do You Get a Refund and cancel Your Subscription

I tried to downgrade to a free account and the submit button is grayed out. I try to remove my credit card and message says downgrade account.

I tried to do all this yesterday and today I have been rebilled.

I sent an email to support and it advised me to post on the community.

The email is more of a “form” response.

I would suggest that you reply back and mention that you need the help of support, since billing issues has more to do with support, not so much with the community forum.
