Hi. Asking my question here as I have sent a message to AirTable support on February 18th but have had zero response as of today February 24th.
We need to change our account owner of our base. However the person that is listed as the account owner is no longer employed with the organization.
However when she logs in there doesn’t appear to be a way to transfer ownership and we have looked through help files extensively
What is the best way to complete this transfer? This base has a ton of history and important files we really do not want to have to rebuilt it.
