I’d like an airtable capable of the following things:
Managing inventory (including batch tracking)
Building Bill Of Materials from inventory
Run Production Jobs of the BOM at different quantities and costing
If you know what I’m talking about above:
a. have you built something similar / is it possible?
b. is there a template I could use or adjust to needs?
c. could you build me something?

I can help you with your project, I see that you need a BOM processing, I´ve worked with companies defining specific workflows for businesses, accountants, architects, content agencies, schools, a digital music distribution record, a digital film distribution studio a construction company and many others.
So I don´t see any problem creating your process, I suggest using Airtable Scripting Block in combination with page designer to grab the BOMs with different variables.

I’m actually working with a manufacturer in the UK on something that’s extremely similar. They need to track their production schedule, timing tracking, machine utilization and tasks so I’m certain there is overlap with your project. I’ve also built bases for other clients that managed inventory and tracked costs. I’m sure there’s lots of carry over between the previous projects I’ve done and what you are looking for.
