I am pretty busy and could use someone to help me build out an airtable for my volunteer role hosting a radio show. We need it to:
Airtable database requirements
- Enter all possible guests including their contact information, searchable show topics
a. Track when they were on the show in the past, date and time slot
b. Connect them to the show topic
c. Other relevant information
- Set up recording day schedules
a. We will record up to 5 shows in a day at five different times and I want this software to help me coordinate that, including printing out the daily schedule
- Set up our sponsors including invoicing,
a. This is a database of our paying clients – within the same database of radio guests.
b. Print out invoices
c. Track what they bought, paid for, etc.
- Track the history of shows and topics so we can search on them for reference
- Hold release forms that come from our website (database)
- Other tasks TBD
I am not in a rush and don’t have a big budget. post here if you are interested. I prefer a fluent English speaker living in America or Canada.
