Need help creating event equipment tracking grid


I need help creating an Airtable that will allow me to see conflicts for equipment. We have event equipment that is used for a number of events throughout the year. I need a way to collect requests of the equipment, plot the equipment and see if there is any conflict and then create a “receipt” for the events and equipment requested for that specific event. We have a restricted quantity of each item. For example, we only have 16 black pocket signs, and 20 white pocket signs. I need to see how many of specific item is leftover at any given time.
