I have a table of survey feedback. I have classified all of the survey responses by Feedback category, and Customer Type, based on the number of users they have.
There’s 85 categories, too many for people to meaningfully care about, and 3 Customer Types (plus ALL customer types) I’d like to summarize in a “Top 10 Feedback categories for Customer Type A” report or block.
I’m really stumped on how to a) count the number of responses per category and then b) filter out to 10 categories with most responses along with c) filtering to a specific Customer Type.
I’ve got the responses grouped by Category but the SUMs there aren’t available to use in filtering sadly.
