Reporting a bug in the bug reporting documentation

I get automated help when I try to leave a message for support. Clicking on ‘Contact support’ brings up a window for me to ‘Ask a question’ and the answers are automated. There’s no way for me to actually report a bug. I’ll post the problem I’m having in a separate topic so as not to confuse the issue.
