I am trying to set up a database to keep track of staff clearances. I have fields for each clearance with the date the staff got the clearance. Is there a way to get notifications when a staff’s clearance is going to expire? For example, the FBI clearance is valid for 2 years from the date it is run. How would I get a notification when 2 years is up and they would need to renew the clearance?
