SUM quantities Grouped by Item Names

Hey everyone,

I’m pretty new to Airtable - so I may very well be overlooking a simple solution.

We’re using Airtable to track inventory of work suits. These suits come in totes with different quantities for storage purposes. We enter them into Airtable grouped by tote. Each tote is named after the Suits that are in it. For example, “1X Boots” is the Item Name and “38” is the quantity.

As these totes are pulled and the suits are taken out of inventory, we check off the “Pulled?” option and that tote is filtered out of the view.

We’re looking for a way to group by Item Name and SUM the quantities of all of the individual totes with that Item Name.

I tried to attach a picture as an example but it looks like I’m restricted as a new user. I hope that I explained this well enough. Let me know if any additional information would help.

Thanks in advance for any help!
