I have a client database that automates emails when certain conditions are met.
Occasionally, I am manually entering data that would trigger an email automation unnecessarily. I would like an option to suppress that instance of the automation.
I thought adding a “suppress email” checkbox field, along with a condition “suppress email is ‘true’” in the automation would do it, but it seems that as soon as the box is unchecked, conditions will be met and the email will send.
I wonder if there is some way to trigger the automation without actually sending the email, but would then reset the checkbox to “false/unchecked”
Does that even make sense?
