Any idea why I am unable to drag and drop a file to the attachment field? I am using window desktop and tried firefox, chrome. It just shows a spinning circle. I tried png, pdf, word or even copy / paste.
Hi Tim, Did you solve this issue?? I can’t attach at all either :frowning: Using current version Firefox browser. Don’t know what else to do! Doesn’t seem to be ANY advice on this topic!! It may be a restriction within my workplace’s network is my only thought at this point!
