Update Multiple Records for Interactions

I am using a sales CRM template. Have completed a small email shot to apron 80 contacts and I want to update the contact records to show this contact/interaction. Struggling to understand how to do this. All help appreciated …Ray

Hi Ray, are you sending via automations or an outside software via zapier?

Either way, I’d create a field for notes or contact log. Then you can use automation to go back to the record to update the notes section to indicate the email was sent. Be sure to “bring forward” the current note in the record and prepend the data with the new log note, so you don’t lose the previous data.
