Using Airtable to Host a Youth Organization


I use air table successfully to manage my small business and personal data. I am looking for a platform for a youth organization similar to Boy/Girls Scouts. I am sure Air Table has the capabilities but the cost seems a bit prohibitive. If I understand correctly, the least expensive option would be $10/member/month. This is much more than volunteers would be willing to pay. Adult volunteers would be using it to organize their kids contacts, memberships, permission slips, badge earning, etc. It should be tied into a central database for the organization. Is there a way to reduce the cost using free version or another option that I am not aware of? Thanks for your help.
