Hi - I am looking for someone who can help develop a wait list for our prospective clients that triggers different automations based on the field.

Here is a basic list of our requirements:

Receives data from a form (airtable or jotform)

Logs data in table

Adds prospect in order received to waitlist item

Ability to choose office buy number, or price range

Emails template to prospect:

  • when record is created
  • when position within wait list has changed
  • when item has been filled

Texts prospects:

  • when record is created
  • when position within wait list has changed
  • when item has been filled

Note record for archive when item is filled
