Which template should I use?

Hello! I would like to use Airtable to keep track of our counter drink sales we have in a cooler. It is not really part of our main business so I want to track it differently. I would prefer using Airtable over Excel. What would you suggest to keep track of the small inventory, cost, list and profit? Will it even calculate profit? Thanks! I’m excel proficient but database dumb but I much prefer to use this. (I use it for our equipment inventory)

I have tried using the inventory template but there doesn’t seem to be a way to make a purchase order with multiple products. The template appears to show only one product per purchase order. In my case, we only order through one manufacturer and different products.
