I’m managing a recruitment process, where I receive emails from Seek ads, and wish to create a new record in Airtable for each applicant - capturing data from their Seek application.
Each new application comes as a nested email under the same subject line, from the same noreply@seek… email account. So, I’ve setup the trigger to be a new attachment (as all applicants are required to attach a resume), to try and get around this (as “new email” didn’t appear to work).
I have fields setup in Airtable to match the contents of the email, but am not sure how to link the data, due to the way it’s setup in the body of the Seek auto-email - text fields and tick boxes.
Is anyone able to provide some guidance?
