Automation email - Adding an image from my computer

Hello -

Is it possible to add a signature card image (see attached) from my computer to an email in an automation?

Automations do not have access to your local computer, so if you want it in your email, you will need to upload the image somewhere that can host the image as a public image. The free tier of Cloudinary should work well. Then you can include your image using an HTML image tag in your email.
