We have dozens of automations that I've built running in our paid plan. Troubleshooting an automation in a free plan, so I may be missing something obvious!
- Automation Trigger - when form submitted.
- Slack Action - send channel message with simple text with field data from the form.
This was running for months with no issue, we edited the message field and the automation tests run successfully. we see the post appear in the correct slack channel BUT.. we can't get the Automation Toggle to stay on. (It is on for one second, then reverts to off.)
We're below the 100 automation limit for the Free plan, so not sure what else might be causing this.
any suggestions?
