Getting "to" input is empty error on form submissi...

Hi community,

I’m building up automation with Gmail sending records to the mail address of the person who filled out the form.

I used the Rollup field to pull the email address from the other table. I’ve run 50+ times testing trigger
and all the steps which showed no error, but it never succeeded while actually performing the automation after submitting the form. I’ve also tried to delete and rebuild automation for 3 times but still in vain. I also assured that every cell of mail is not empty.

I attached some screenshots of the condition. Is there any suggestion to fix the problem?

Hi errkhealth, hmm, how are you populating the UserId field?

Maybe your email automation is running before the record is linked?

nevermind. I figured out I had changed the field name and didnt retest from the beginning.
