Find Record Invalid Filter Error still broken

I am running into this issue where the FIND RECORDS step doesnt work. 

The frustrating part is that it sometimes works... 

I added a script to delay 20 seconds thinking that was the issue. 

Email (duplicate) and email in the other table definitely match... there is not multiple matching emails.

Totally confused why I'm getting errors.

 I also need help with this error. I can't understand why it's not matching the emails and finding the records. I'm designing a Base for a client, so I need a fix ASAP!
