Google sheets being updated twice

I'm using an automation that updates a Google sheet automatically, however it is updating adding the rows twice for each entry. I have no idea why it's doing this. My only thought could be because it's a linked record. If anyone has an idea that would be great!

What is your trigger step condition?
It's likely the automation is triggering more than once (for example, as you type if you're using "when record updated" as the trigger).
