GG ☀️
New to the community and to Airtable automations
After hitting a brick wall all morning - linking the records of '⭐️ Associates' and '🤝 Clients' so they update each other when 'Associate' and 'Client' are added to the same row of a field in 'Project ▸ TRACKING' - I now realise I have a new issue, automatically deleting records!
i.e. when I delete Client X from Helen the fields remain linked.
The current automation
- when Associate, and Client are not empty
- update Associate table ⬇️
note: to make Record ID be valid I had to select Associate/Edit Token/and select ID 🤷♂️
Now, how do I go about reversing the process? Or is there simple version to this as I build out more relationships between tables with will become more and more complex 😅
In advance thank you 😇

Currently the only way to delete a record in a native Airtable automation is using a script. There are various free scripts that you can find if you search on this forum.
