How to create a monthly recruitment funnel through stages our applicants went over?

Hi,

Here’s my problem.
I need to build monthly funnel statistics showing me how many candidates were on each step (each step equals some status: new, interview, test task, etc.). For example, I have 25 new candidates (status “New”), 20 of them passed the 1st recruitment step (status “Interview”), 15 of them passed the 2nd step (another status “Test task”), and so on through the recruitment pipeline. Stages are single-select type field.

Question.
I didn’t find a suitable app to cover this goal, can you please suggest if there is a solution to show us such historical statistics every month?

Welcome to the community, @Yana_Semenenko! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: I can see this happening with a couple of automations. One would track changes to the {Stage} single-select field (guessing the name), storing the sequence in a hidden field. Another would run monthly and execute a script that parses those sequences from the past month and builds a summary record in another table. (FYI, to run an script in an automation would require your base to be in a Pro-plan or higher workspace. An alternative option would be to use a script that’s run manually each month in a Scripting app, which would work in any plan.)
