My team has created an Airtable base that can keep track of everyone participating in our diversity program, and we’ve set it up to allow people to update their participation records using forms as they attend trainings for credit.

Is there a way to let people update their attendance records using forms that doesn’t eliminate the previous record of what they had already attended?

For example: John Doe has a record in the “participant progress” table. When he completes “Training 1”, he submits a form and Training 1 appears on his record. But the next time he attends something (e.g. “Training 2”) and submits the form, how can we have it ADD Training 2 alongside Training 1 instead of overwriting it?

I assume you have one table for "People" and one table for form submissions?

If so, if you allow users to select themselves via a linked field to the "People" table in the form as well as which training they've attended, you can then use a rollup field to display all of the trainings they've attended
