I have created some automation emails that include a link back to view an interface record, where someone can edit and update it, I have the email set up using the "page record URL" under the "Insert a link" dropdown in the Message box of the automation email.
It was all working fine up until the beginning of this year, now when you click the link in the email, it brings me to the interface, but not to the exact record. Furthermore it brings me to the interface and all the information is greyed out, if I physically go into the interface and find the record from there it works fine. But I need it to link directly to the record, which it was doing earlier, and I didn't change anything and it stopped working, for all my bases and interfaces. I've tried on multiple devices and I get the same issue. Wonder if anyone else is having this issue.
