Hello,
I'm having an issue with tasks.
I have an automation adding a list of tasks from a 'tasks' template, which is triggered each time a new record is created.
However, when I check off a task in record A, it also checks off the same task in record B, and in any subsequent records created.
How can I stop this from happening - allowing me to check off each task individually per record, without affecting the other records?
Thanks

Hi John could you share a little bit more about the different tables you got in your base.
I think from your text that you may be linking the template tasks to the record instead of creating new tasks tkaing the template

Hi Cesrua1,
Thanks for coming back on this!
I have a 'Task Table' with my list of tasks - from this, I created a task template that is used to update each new record via the automation.
I'm assuming that's not the right way to do it, then?
Basically, I need to be able to repeat the same list of tasks for each record, but I need to be able to check them off independently, per record.
As currently, when I check off a task in one record - it checks it off in all records.
Thanks in advance for your help
John
