Using extension: create records for multiple templates and getting an error

Trying to use this to create records based on a template and everything looks correct, but when we ran, it returns an error.

Can you provide more info? There isn’t enough info to guess what the issue might be. 

Where did you get the script? What is the code for the script? What is the schema for the table/fields that you are processing?

Are you using scripting extension or an automation script?

Are you interested in learning to write and debug scripts yourself, or do you just want working code?

Where did you get the script? It was on the Airtable Marketplace

 What is the schema for the table/fields that you are processing? 

Here is the tutorial we followed. We used the same fields as a test and received the error.
