Hello!

Who is an export in building short term rental inventory systems in Airtable?

I work for a A/V production company that rents out LED Tiles and Audio equipment to trade shows. We'd like to build an inventory system that tracks gear getting rented to specific jobs and clients.

We'd also like to be able to download what we call a "pull sheet" which is a nicely designed PDF that lists all of the gear getting rented for a specific job.

Is anyone up for helping to build this out?

I'd be happy to help and you can schedule a free half hour call here

You've probably already done this, but you may also want to check out the Airtable Universe / Templates to see whether someone's already built a base that fits your needs so that you don't have to build it yourself:

If you're on a Teams plan you can just use the Page Designer extension to create that PDF pull sheet you want too

I have created dozens of inventory rental systems for camera rental companies while I lived in Los Angeles, including the massive rental system used by Keslow Camera, which is one of the entertainment industry’s largest camera rental houses that is located in multiple cities around the country.

Even though I don’t develop rental systems anymore, feel free to contact me through my website and I can put you in touch with some of my colleagues who actively develop & deploy software for renting inventory: ScottWorld

Hey @Seanb106 . I am currently working on the same kind of project. If you ended up working on it yourself, would you be interested in connecting to collaborate and share insights?
