Great project. Since you already have Stripe , you can create an entire e-commerce store in Airtable using Stripe Payment Links (+ Airtable Scripts).
The only limitation is that with Stripe links your customers can only buy one product at a time. It would appear as a Buy it Now! button for example.
You should be able to create something like this with the tools you already have :
