Good Morning everyone,
I work in a nursing home and was asked to look into a program that we would be able to document Activity attendance and then create a chart/file on the individual resident with the data we received. I created a form that the staff uses to do the documentation but now I am lost with how to link each resident to the data we have.
My main goal is when a staff member plugs into the form that Jane Doe in room ### played Bingo on this day and have that info go straight into Jane Doe’s file. So when the Department of Health comes to evaluate residents I can pull up individual residents and they can see all the activities that they participated in, in one file no digging and sorting to go through.
Sorry if this all seems scattered and confusing. I am working through COVID 19 and trying to get my mindset in the right place and want to make sure I still do everything I can to make my co-worker’s job easier.
