Hello everyone! I'm sure this solution is something really easy staring me right in the face but I just can't see it. I have a base with several tables that I am linking to, and trying to set up. To start:
The Position Table has a large number of jobs in it. My HR crew list links each crew member with all of the positions that they are qualified for (and I have here the results showing as a Lookup)
What I am trying to do is set things up so when choosing an Assignee it will ONLY display the people that are qualified based on who is linked to the Position field. So I can have this:
And easily select the people for the Position filtered by qualification. Not sure why I can't think my way through this!
